LIDO: Beach Without the Rush
Five shots blocked in Blender on one shared beach set, then generated one at a time with the previs as the motion reference.

Short films from campaign stills and Blender previs
Short films where the motion is planned before anything is generated. For the two pipeline films, a Blender previs clip goes to the video model as the motion reference, and every paid take is previewed, approved and recorded. All four films are silent.
PIP: PRESS & WASH
Two 4-second shots cut on the beat. PRESS is pushed into the lens and WASH comes back out of it, with Blender previs driving both.
JACI SS26: crossing
One continuous walking take from the approved campaign photos, sped to 1.25× and graded with moving masks so the shirt and trousers match the stills.
Nula: taking a moment
The approved worn portrait animated in one take: eyes close, one visible exhale, while blurred figures keep moving behind.
Previs drives the motion
The previs is not a planning sketch that gets thrown away. It is rendered at 576 × 1024 and sent as Video 1, while approved stills and a face reference define appearance.
Every take on the PIP film, including the failures
Every attempt gets its own numbered folder with the request, checksums, settings and result, including the ones that failed.

What the films taught me
Previs plus approved stills works
Blender previs with Wan 3.0 Prime got all five LIDO shots on the first take, with faces, wardrobe and the beach world consistent across the cuts.
Models exaggerate small moves
"Lower the book a little" went all the way to her lap. Exact amounts in the prompt and in the previs work better.
Grey boxes are not people
Kling Motion Control needs a realistic upper body in its reference video and rejected the mannequin previs. Wan read the same clip as motion only.
Label text needs pixels
At 480p a can is about 100 pixels wide and the small print breaks up. Keep 480p for motion tests and render finals at 720p or above.
